I have a phobia of the dentist, yes, at my grown age. I called in and let them know right away that I had a phobia and that my boundaries were to be respected and that I needed someone to have empathy and to be patient and understanding. Melinda was very helpful and understanding from the very beginning. I went in for a consultation and xrays and everyone was patient and checking in with me. This is the first time I ever felt comfortable in such environment. The doctor came in and spoke to me and explained to me what I needed done. He wasn't pushy, he didn't rush me, and he took the time to hear me out and make me feel comfortable. I am so glad I found this dentist and actually look forward to finally having a healthy relationship with my dental care. Thank you all who attended to me and were patient with me.

It all started with just a phone call where Vicky made me feel more of a family than a customer. Entering in the location, mel and Vicky were absolutely phenomenal. They took their time with me and were very patient as well as the doctor, Mel and Vicky were absolutely phenomenal. I don’t think I’ve ever met a team that was more invested than them. I was scared and left so happy and now I have no pain thank you so much guys.

I got my wisdom tooth extracted and it was the best, most comfortable experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. I will be making Dr. Schoengold my permanent dentist as of today. Wonderful work!

Best dentist ever!!! Explains everything in full detail from the minute I walk in to the minute I leave he and his staff always make sure I’m comfortable and go I above and beyond to make me comfortable. The first time I went to Dr. Schoengold office was August 2024. I chose this dentist because they offered Sunday appointments and it is in walking distance to my house. It was a pleasant experience. The dentist spoke with me about my concerns and was very forthcoming in his responses. My next appointment was February 2025. It was a completely different experience. I had a Sunday appointment. As soon as I walked into the office I felt anxious energy. It was super busy and a lot of people in the waiting room. My appointment was around 11am and I was seen late. The dentist who cleaned my teeth was knowledgeable and friendly but the person they were training was unprofessional. I am unsure if there was a management change from August 2025 to February 2026. But I don’t like going to the dentist where the environment is anxious and overly busy. I felt uncomfortable during this visit and couldn’t even make my next appointment because it was incredibly busy. I made an appointment with my old dentist in Florida for August. So now I’m torn because I had two opposite experiences. I’m willing to give them a try again. My next appointment is in February 2026 and I will let you kn

I had a filling done here back in 2018/2019, along with a wisdom tooth extraction. I have to say, it was one of the smoothest dental experiences I’ve ever had. The dentist was so gentle and efficient that I actually fell asleep in the chair during the procedure! It’s now years later, and the filling is still in perfect shape, with no issues at all. The wisdom tooth extraction also healed up quickly with minimal discomfort. Truly professional, skilled, and caring,highly recommended if you’re looking for quality dental work that lasts.
